Her Pregame

As you might be aware, only 12% of C-suite positions are held by women, of which 94% played competitive sports and half at the collegiate level. Despite that, an astonishing 75% of collegiate female athletes are graduating without a job, compared to the non-athlete national average of 4%. And once collegiate female athletes (CFAs) finally land their first jobs, they are making ~30% less than their non-athlete counterparts, costing CFAs nearly $2M across their career. We are on a mission to change the game.

“Her Pregame” will be a celebration and elevation of female athletes while we raise awareness of their untapped potential and unparalleled transferable skills. The free public event happening just before the first game’s tip off of The Sweet 16 will feature:

• Incredible networking opportunities amongst current and former athletes, corporate professionals and executives, and overall change makers while enjoying complimentary food and drinks.
• Tailored programming of thought leadership from industry legends, subject matter experts, and former athletes who are now corporate executives, during the “Sports Made Me” panel.
• Experiential activations such as an “I’m Her” Affirmation Wall, “Her” Playbook, Game Winning (Head)Shots, a Play(Hers) Market, and other fun games/photo ops. Activations subject to change.
